You will have access to this and can inform those requesting space bookings if the space is free for their required time slot.

All staff and Clubs and Societies have access to their Booking Portal and they need to use this to request a booking. From time to time, we will received requests into the studentcentre@ul.ie email and these can at times be booked in on behalf of the student/staff member but students should be signposted to the studentliferooms@ul.ie email to make a booking request. Key storage and sign-out!

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css="" text_direction="default"]The majority of keys for the building are stored in the grey cabinet, mounted on the wall behind Info and Services. The code is “22-44” and you lift the lever to open. It closes automatically when you shut the door and put the lever back in place. When someone requests an access key card of key, they must sign them out on the form provided. and sign it back in when returned. This is extremely important as the keys are very expensive and it will take a lot of time to replace them if lost. We also have room suite keys, that give access to different zones in the building. This will need to be signed out by Sinead Jennings or Jonathan O’Donoghue on request.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
